At Artisan Conversions, we keep things simple and transparent. Our builds are designed with quality and functionality at the forefront, which is why we only use the best components—like battery/inverter power systems and mini-split air conditioning units—for every van.

Standard Conversion Package

$70,000 – $80,000

Our full-service conversion package includes all labor and materials necessary to complete your custom build. IMPORTANT: You supply the van! Every project comes equipped with:

  • Battery/Inverter Power System – All-in-one system with built-in fire suppression and a 10-year battery warranty

  • Mini-Split Air Conditioner (9,000 BTU)

  • Tub – 42″, or 48″ options

  • Table – 42″, or 48″ options

  • Faucet

  • Dryer – We provide K9II

  • Electrical Panel (100 amp)

  • Standard Narrow Tool Chest

  • Custom LVP Flooring

  • Insulated Walls & Ceiling – 3–4 layers of fire-retardant Rockwool and Poly-iso

  • Formica Colored Walls – Your choice of color

  • Upholstery – Custom color of your choice

  • LED Lighting – 8 fixtures included

  • Fresh Water Tanks – 50–70 gallons

  • Water Heater

  • Prima Bathing System
